What Is It?
Submit your instrumental for a chance to be featured on the SoulCyper. Please ensure you fully own both the master and publishing rights to your submission. Instrumentals containing uncleared third-party samples will be disqualified.  

What Do Winners Receive?
One (1) instrumental will be selected for use at the SoulCypher + GOAT Classic Weekend.
Selected tracks will be licensed on a gratis, non-exclusive basis, meaning:

  • You retain full ownership of your instrumental
  • You will receive on-air credit and social media support
  • The Cypher will be released to DSPS (Apple Music, Spotify, etc) 
    • 80/20 master royalty split (in favor of creators), producers will maintain their 50% publishing rights

How Do I Submit My Beat?
Submit through the BeatStars Studio Opportunity Dashboard.

How Many Submissions Are Allowed?

  • Starter: 1 submission
  • Growth: 2 submissions
  • Professional: 3 submissions

Can I Submit a Collaboration?
Yes. However, all collaborators must be informed of the submission and agree to the opportunity terms.  If your collaborator does not agree to the terms, the submission will be disqualified. 

Can I Submit an instrumental with an Uncleared Sample?
No, all samples need to be cleared or royalty free to be considered for this opportunity, if any sample is uncleared the submission will be disqualified.

Am I Eligible to Enter?
This opportunity is open to all Paying BeatStars Members.

Do I Need to Be a Publishing Member?
No, an active BeatStars Publishing membership is not required.

How Will Winners Be Contacted?
Winners will be contacted via email by a BeatStars representative.
