Every February, the U.S. honors Black Americans' contributions, triumphs, and sacrifices throughout history. “We are delighted to introduce three new organizations to the Beats4Love roster that are truly advocating for Black creators and a more equitable music industry overall. We fully support the mission and vision of these nonprofits, and hope you'll join us in making the world a better place for Black artists and musicians.”

What is Beats4Love?

Beats4Love is a philanthropic campaign developed by BeatStars. Our mission is to inspire our community to contribute to charities and nonprofits that are in the fight to make the world a better place. BeatStars donates 100% of the proceeds collected to the charities and nonprofits on behalf of our creators and has committed to matching those donations. Organizations are vetted and chosen to ensure they are making real change with the donations they receive.

Black Music Action Coalition

Black Music Action Coalition (BMAC) is an advocacy organization formed to address systemic racism within the music business. The Coalition advocates on behalf of Black artists, songwriters, producers, managers, agents, executives, lawyers, and other passionate industry professionals.

Black Artist Fund

The Black Artist Fund is a nonprofit organization giving money directly to Black artists to combat systemic inequity in art. The Black Artist Fund works to raise money from donors, art lovers, and art sales to redistribute grants to Black artists and art collectives so that they can pursue their creative passions.

Right Hand Foundation

Right Hand Foundation provides single mothers and children with long-term housing, educational programs, and infrastructure to prepare them for independent sustainability. Right Hand Foundation facilitates financial security and housing stability through enrichment programs, community partnerships, urgent need, and ongoing assistance that is critical to preventing homelessness and putting families on a path to thrive.

How to Get Involved

Donating a portion of your beat proceeds to our Beats4Love organizations is easy.

Simply add Beats4Love or these organizations as a collaborator on your track, and whatever sales are earned will be directly donated to our chosen charities and nonprofits.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Choose a track of your choice and add a collaborator. If you want to choose a specific organization to support, search their name and add them as a Collaborator, or choose Beats4Love if you want to support the entire campaign in general.
  2. Set a percentage you’re comfortable donating with each sale you make, and choose “Charity” as the role.
  3. Going forward, the proceeds earned from your beat sales will be donated to the organization of your choice or the Beats4Love campaign. You’ll also see a Beats4Love badge added to your profile.
