How you manage your BeatStars business just got a HUGE upgrade! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a brand new BeatStars Studio experience. This expansive update was made with the producer workflow in mind, broadening producer discount and coupon offerings, optimizing time spent during the uploading process, expanding options for content protection with contracts, and increasing educational resources. Here's a full breakdown.
Uploading and Publishing Content
Creators can now upload and publish content on BeatStars in five simple steps, broken down as:
Files
Basic Information
Metadata
Pricing
Collaborators.
To reduce upload times for creators, the Metadata process now uses artificial intelligence to auto-generate your track(s) Genre, Mood, BPM, Key, and Instrument.
You can now upload and publish the following in Studio:
Tracks
Upload beats, beats with hook, top line, vocals, songs
Albums
Create a collection of Instrumentals or Songs as albums
Sound Kits
Create a collection of Sounds and package them all into a zip file

Create Music Contracts
Spend less time stressing about music legalities with our easy three step contract creation process, broken down into Basic Information, Contract, and Files to Deliver. In this new Studio update, creators can now create templated contracts for Sound Kits and Free Downloads.
Creators can create contract agreements for their Tracks, Albums, and Sound Kits.

Offering Discounts and Coupons
Now you can create and manage discount and coupon codes directly from BeatStars Studio!
In addition to tracking and organizing discounts and coupons through Studio, creators can offer bulk discounts and % off coupon codes on all content types including Tracks, Sound Kits, and Services. Discounts and coupon codes can also contain an expiration date for time sensitive campaigns and promotions.
Game changer here! Bulk discounts can now be applied to certain contract types, allowing you to offer special deals to returning or new customers.
