Pharrell Williams’ Top 57 Beats + Songs

On April 5, 1973 the world was introduced to Pharrell Lanscilo Williams.

Pharrell teamed up with Chad Hugo at an early age and they eventually formulated the production duo, The Neptunes. While helping The Clipse find their sound was a highlight of Pharrell’s career, a lot of people are unaware that Pharrell worked with Teddy Riley early on.

While working with Riley, Pharrell helped write & produce Wreckx-N-Effect’s 1992 hit Rump Shaker, as well as providing vocals for SWV’s Right Here (UK Remix).

N.O.R.E‘s single Superthug (1998) was another huge stepping stone for Pharrell, as his career skyrocketed and took on a sound of it’s own.

Pharrell continued to collaborate with Pop & Hip-Hop’s biggest stars and create hit after hit. He reached a new-peak when he worked on “Despicable Me 2” and created the hit single, Happy.

Pharrell has accomplished so much in such a small amount of time and continues to innovate daily.

Thank you, Pharrell. Have a great birthday ???
